Marjans was scheduled for our SAFe Scrum Master course. As RTE I contacted Marjans to see if we could tailor the course a little to fit better to our Scrum Master needs. Marjans was very flexible and she even offered me the opportunity to co-training with her! This was a nice opportunity for me to learn from a very skilled trainer. It was not a typical training with a lot of slides, but a very interactive training with a lot of training techniques like Liberating Structures and Training form the Back of the Room! I am looking forward to a future opportunity to have Marjans again as trainer for Agile/Scrum/SAFe related trainings!
